Executive Coaching
Olympic Athletes know: if you want to go home with the Gold, retaining an accomplished Coach is an imperative.
Regan’s executive coaching style is both collaborative and instructive. He has successfully been a coach for for over 24 years offering ideas, insights and inspiration to entrepreneurs, young and old, specifically in the start-up arena and the non-profit sector.
Regan not only offers sound advise and sage counsel but provides emergent and mature leaders with the tools they need for success enabling them to level up their game and more effectively and efficiently bring about the change they want to see in the world. Furthermore, in todays competitive marketplace if one wants to be successful they must strive to be the best in their field. Specifically, courage, competency and confidence are three legs of a stool you want to be sitting upon. You can’t have one without the others.
His background in the maritime field, coupled with his passion for the environment, nature and youth development, has enabled him to drive mission-driven businesses in those arenas to extraordinary heights. For example, one such organization he founded, Rippleffect, is today the largest youth development organization in Maine! Teenagers numbering 3,800 spent time on Cow Island developing character and leadership attributes. Moreover, the maritime national park and historic museum he led in San Francisco remains an active facility for area inner city youth, and its museum is a must-stop for anyone interested in California’s rich maritime history.
Although Theo prefers to work one-on-one with C-suite professionals and leaders of not-for-profit organizations, he will consider leading full or half-day retreats for a team of senior executives or the trustees of an organization of clients he’s already coaching, who intend to undertake an ambitious fund raising initiative.
